I’m a fully qualified and experienced Reiki Master & Holistic Therapist based in the Hyde area. I offer a personalised, caring approach to health and wellbeing and passionately believe in the power of the body and mind to heal through a natural and organic path.
I am conscious that we need to look after our precious earth too, as well as ourselves and so I am happy to say that I have teamed up with Weleda; a wonderfully ethical company with fully sustainable practices. I am a Weleda Wellbeing Advisor, and I use their skin care range for my holistic facials along side my own bespoke natural face masks. This ensures I am using lovely natural and organic products in all that I do

Please note that if you would prefer to pay on the day, in order to secure your booking online, you will need to press the 'pay now' button first. Next you will have the option of selecting 'pay in person' then 'Book It' and your booking will be confirmed.

Reiki Healing
Reiki is a gentle energy healing treatment, it flows through the hands of the practitioner into the body. It can be hands on or completely hands off, if preferred. Reiki takes into account the whole person and helps activate each individual's natural healing processes as well as restoring their physical and emotional well-being. This will, in turn, bring balance to the 7 chakras of the body, so important in maintaining our health. For a treatment, just wear comfy clothes and look forward to a relaxing and nourishing experience

Holistic Facial
A Holistic Facial is a very individual treatment that will revitalise and replenish the skin with natural and organic ingredients made by Weleda. Your face will be cleansed, toned, steamed and massaged: including the ancient art of accupressure to benefit the face as well as the body. Alongside this nourishment you will enjoy a bespoke face mask that will be created and freshly made on the day. This will renew and restore the skin, using such as honey and avocado, all depending on your skin consultation. In addition you will have a hand and arm massage whilst enjoying your face mask. To finish your skin will be hydrated by a delicious Weleda moisturiser
Sound Bath with guided meditation
Be guided into a wonderland of connection with the universe and feel the power of your own mind, through visualisation, to lead you to a greater sense of calm and contentment. You will then be ready to receive the healing vibrations from the beautiful crystal bowls and many other healing sounds. The power of these transformative sounds is immense. They will take you into a super relaxed state to allow your body mind and soul to rewind, recuperate and refresh. You will be recharged and feel a greater sense of calm.
I create my Sound Baths in my 'Sound Lounge'. It accomodates upto 4 people at a time. I put on monthly Sound Baths and you are also welcome to request a date for yourself and 3 friends to come along to your very own personal Sound Bath.
No swimwear is required! You will bathe in the healing vibrations of sound and will have the chance to lie down and completely relax
Natural Lift Rejuvenating Face Massage
Experience a natural toning face lift through massage which will bring a refreshed and renewed complexion giving a boost to your confidence and overall wellbeing
Swedish Massage
The aim of Swedish Massage is primarily to de-stress and promote relaxation. We carry a lot of tension in our muscles and massage can help to release it. This type of massage uses gentle, flowing movements to increase circulation, release knots and promote that lovely sense of wellbeing. My treatment room is warm, calming and filled with the wonderful aromas of essential oils
Weleda Aroma Foot Spa with Massage
Experience the bliss of a relaxiing and revitalising foot spa with foot and calf massage. It can improve circulation, increase the flow of energy, improve sleep problems, and boost mood, amongst other things! You will sit comfortably and have a warm foot spa utilising the lovely aromas of essential oils from Welda Bath Milks; choose from Citrus, Lavender, Rosemary or Pine. Epsom salts are added to help detoxify and we can even add some rose petals if you are feeling floral!
Crystal Reiki Infused Facial
This facial treatment will utilse the wonders of crystals and reiki to turbo boost your skin! Cleanse, tone, steam, massage, mask, and moisturise will be performed. Crystals will be chosen especially for you and used within the facial massage. Reiki will flow and enhance the holistic facial and healing qualities of all stages from products to massage. Resulting in that relaxing yet revitalsing sense of wellbeing
